*A little note: we are having some trouble remaining on task during class.  We have had several talks about being respectful, taking care of school property, and knowing when it is, and when it is not, ok to be talking.  If issues continue, parents can expect emails, and students can expect a drop in participation grades.

 

Welcome back students!  I hope you are prepared for a fun-filled semester!  I will update this website weekly, so if you miss any days, or need extra information, it will be on here.  There will be more information in the syllabus that you will receive the first day of school.  I will post test dates, due dates for major grades, and any changes from the previous week.  Please don't hesitate to stop by during tutorials, or call/email me to set up an appointment.

A little autobiography: 
I am a recent graduate from the University of North Texas, and hold a B.A. in English Literature.  I have grown up in this area, and attended schools in Flower Mound.  I am the freshman, on-level English teacher and one of the Sophomore on-level English teachers, as well as an assistant coach for volleyball, basketball, and track.  I have a dog that I just love to pieces, and my second greatest passion is reading.  I can't wait to start the year off great, and I look forward to meeting everyone!
