Welcome to Mrs. Butts' Second Grade Class!
My name is La Shea Butts. I'm a 2nd grade teacher at Hilltop Elementary. This is my 16th year to teach. I graduated from Angelo State University. I am married and have one daughter. I love teaching and spending time with my family.
I strive to create a developmentally approriate classroom where students are active participants in a positive learning environment. Students success and self-esteem are a primary goal. I believe all students can behave appropriately. I expect all students to allow me to teach and others to learn. |
